Hello Fellow Paranormal Investigators.

I am writing to tell you about a great investigation opportunity for your group. The Ferry Plantation house in Virginia Beach, VA, has 11 documented ghosts in residence. We have been inviting groups in since April 2008, and everyone who has spent the night there has collected E.V.P. and some have gotten photos too. The Ferry House Plantation house was built in 1830 and has a rich history. It has served as the first all brick Virginia Courthouse, a private home, and a rest spot for those who traveled the waterways. This three story house is now a museum and open to the public during the day. You may read some of the history on their web page. www.ferryplantation.org. The house has been written up in several books, including: Haunted Virginia Beach, by Al Chewning, Ghosts of Virginia, by L.B. Taylor, and Ghost, Witches and Weird Tales, by Belinda Nash. We are currently booking nights for 2009, so please, choose your date now and be amongst the first. You may bring up to 12 investigators to spend the entire night, from 8:00 pm to 6:00 am for only a flat fee of $150.00. All the funds are go directly to the restoration and upkeep of the house and a totally tax deductible. A volunteer board member must be present, but they can tell you about the sightings and experiences of other visitors. They will show you the “Hanging tree”, and point out the Indian burial site to you. All the history has supporting documentation.

Unlike so many investigation destinations, this one has electricity, lighting, a modern rest room, It is also clean and has temperature controls. It is located in an upper class neighborhood.

If you wish a private “ghost tour” of the ocean front, that can be arraigned for you too.
