I am a Magdelene" and have been experiencing spirits, entities and "others" since I was 12 years old. I am 62 now, so when this started, I would draw them as I had no other way to show what I see. I still paint what I see and occasionally allow a spirit to allow me to do automatic painting to help them cross over and away from the dark swirling mass of energy that inhibits their passage.
I have found that prayers to St. Michael as well as the Blessed Virgin Mother help a lot regarding their protection and safe passage. Also, St. Benedict, and of course Jesus.
