LIVE Investigation

On April 4 2009 at approx. 8:00pm central time CAPT will be offering a live investigation of the Historic Squirrel Cage Jail in Council Bluffs, Iowa. The site is an old rotary jail and is the largest rotary jail in the United States. It was built in 1885 and used until 1969 with a colorful history to it.
