I have been an active collector and professional dealer / appraiser of autographed entertainment memorabilia for 25+ years and owner of Strickler's Celebrity Autographs. In addition, I've authored several nationally published articles and have contributed commentary on autograph collecting and authentication to The Wall Street Journal, E! Online, Auctionbytes.com, The New York Times, Worth Magazine, The London Magazine, The New York Daily News and Entertainment Tonight. I am experienced in appraising and authenticating autographs as well as trained in forensic handwriting and document examination. I am also interested in Baltimore / Maryland / Pennsylvania social, political, paranormal and sports history.

In 1977, it was confirmed that my great Aunt Lydie was suffering from lung cancer. The prognosis was not good and the doctors stated that she had very little time to live despite the fact that her illness didn't slow her down.
