Tommy Golden is the President and Founder of Middle Tennessee Ghost Chasers a Clarksville, Tennessee Not-For-Profit paranormal investigation group. He is an experienced and accomplished paranormal investigator with a goal to collect evidence to support that life goes on even after death.

Why Paranormal research? In early 1998 Tommy had a very bad car accident while performing his duty as a police officer in a local city in Tennessee. This accident caused his journey to the paranormal. Tommy had a NDE "Near Death Experiences" while in the helicopter on the way to the hospital. Once when NDE research hit a dead end he started to research EVP "Electronic Voice Phenomenon" and he found his path. Being certified as an EVP Specialist he only went further in this research. Soon after his car accident and NDE he found that he had an unusual ablity. He could hear with his ear tones and sounds that seemed to be voices in haunted locations.
The Middle Tennessee Ghost Chasers Group has been investigating reported haunted locations since 1999 and are based in Clarksville, Tennessee. Some of our investigations include Stones River Battle Field in Murfreesboro, Waverly Hills Sanatorium in Ky, Sloss Furnaces and 1000's of private homes in and around the Middle Tennessee region. Unlike most we do not seek to prove that Ghosts do exist. Instead we attempt to document this activity as must as possible and assist the client.


Our goal is to help those who may be experiencing a haunting and wish to learn more about this phenomenon. We seek to prove or disprove claims of paranormal activity , but always look for logical explanations that could be cause for certain events. We do not believe in the use of seances or ouija boards as means to contact spirits. We try to stay completely objective in our investigations, and will admit to being one of the more skeptical groups out there. We give you the facts related to your case and do not candy coat the results.

We are unlike most social or paranormal clubs, we are a professional team that conducts professional investigations with the help of Psychic insight. We do embrace the meta-physical side of ghost hunting. All case information is held with the upmost Confidentiality and results will only be posted for public view if you the client agree and sign a release.

We interview and hand pick all members. All members have criminal background checks and are cleared before investigating with the team.

Middle Tennessee Ghost Chasers prides itself with the ability to conduct house and business cleansings. We do not preform exorcisms but will identify if a client has something negative in their home or business. After which we will recommend clergy to assist with further help

The 3 Step Approach


Step 1
The Interview Phase
In this phase we will gather a great deal of information about you and your family. We will gather information about your faith background and you intentions. This is started with an e-mail and possibly followed up with a phone call. What Information is gathered about you will seem prying, but I garentee that we are not getting any personal thrill from it and what ever you are telling us, we have probably heard before. What we are doing is painting a picture about your case. So we know how to appropriately approach that problem.

Step 2
Spiritual Counseling and Faith Formation Counseling
In this phase we will set up an appropriate level of training and counseling for you and your family. This is the most important part of this process. If you do not complete this phase then spiritual warfare cannot be effective. In the Faith Formation, you are learning and answering all of those questions that you may have about your faith and answering a lot of why. Also in this phase we will start gathering information for the church and getting you and yours into psychological evaluations for credibility. Most people are very reluctant to see a shrink, but trust me, a mental illness is much easier to deal with.

Step 3
Spiritual Warfare
The third step is spiritual warfare. Spiritual warfare can be as simple as going to church every Sunday and praying for deliverance or can be as severe as have a Mass for the Dead said in your home (in the case of human spirits) or an exorcism (for demons). Spiritual warfare must go hand in hand with Step 2 because if you do not remove the hooks of the demon in your life, it will just come back. You can walk into a home that is infested, and if you don't do something remove it, then you'll have to dislodge it first. Most people don't make it to this point. They will usually get to step 2, then revert to the path of least resistance. They will try some faddish quick fix, that will NOT work.

HEDGE PRAYER FOR YOURSELF:
Trusting in the promise that whatever we ask the Father in Jesus' name He will do, I now approach You Father with confidence in Our Lord's words and in Your infinite power and love for me, and with the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God, the Blessed Apostles Peter and Paul, Blessed Archangel Michael, my guardian angel, with all the saints and angels of heaven, and Holy in the power of His blessed Name, as ask you Father to protect me and keep me from the harassment of the devil and his minions.

Father I ask that You build a hedge of protection around me, like that which surrounded Job, and to help me to keep that hedge repaired and the gate locked so that the devil and his minions have no access or means to breach the hedge except by your expressed will.

Father, I know that I am powerless against the spiritual forces of evil mercy upon me. Do not look upon my sins, O Lord; rather, look at the sufferings of your Beloved Son and see the Victim who's bitter passion and death has reconciled us to You. By the victory of the cross, protect me from all evil and rebuke any evil spirits who wish to attack, influence, or breach Your hedge of protection in any way. Send them back to Hell and fortify Your Hedge for my protection by the blood of Your Son, Jesus. Send your Holy Angels to watch over me and protect me.

Father, all of these things I ask in the most holy name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. Thank you, Father, for hearing my prayer. I love You, I worship You, I thank You and I trust in You. Amen.
