Group, Blog & Forum E-mails NOT SPAM
Some of you have complaint that you are receiving Spam e-mail from groups and or blogs you have subscribed to. You are receiving these e-mails because you have subscribed to those groups or blogs. Its not spam, the group is just sending you updates on what is going on in the group you have joined.
In order for you to stop receiving e-mails from those groups or blogs please go to each group or blog by going to your My Page and there you will find the groups you have joined and blogs you are following. Click on a group then on the group page click on "STOP FOLLOWING" and you won't recieve anymore e-mails from that group.
If you decide to do this please be sure to back to that group, blog or forum so you will know what is happening.
