Copyright and Infringement

If you post your work on the IPAA, we at the IPAA don't have any control if someone copies and downloads your work, do so at your own desecration. If your work is copyrighted it is up to the owner to follow through to the extent of the laws. Please if all work is copyright please state so on your work.

Please DO NOT upload work that is pornographic, obscene or racist in nature, Copyrighted material that does not belong to you without consent.
Spamming

We at the IPAA will not tolerate spamming. If done so that individual will be banned from the site, this means no spamming on members My Page's (comment area), sending spam messages, posting spam on blogs and forums, the video public area. We do have advertisement banners for those that want to sell their goods and services. We do allow you to place advertisements of paranormal events on blogs, groups, event calendar and your My Page.

Posting Guidelines


The IPAA is a place to showcase your paranormal oriented work only or paranormal videos, blogs and photos for discussion that do not belong to you and don't infringe on copyright laws.

The Blog and Forum areas are only used for News and Interests that will generate discussions. This is where you can write stories and discuss the paranormal, adding a video to your blog post is allowed. You can not advertise your radio show in the blogging area is one example and of course spamming is not allowed on the entire site. You can however promote a radio show in the Events and Groups sections on the site. We do have banners you can purchase on a yearly basis, please feel free to send message about advertising information on the IPAA.

Photo's
Please keep the photos to paranormal only, you can however by HTML code add family photos if you wish, but they will be seen only on your My Page, while we do support organizations for charity, this is a awards program for the paranormal. Please remove them, and add paranormal photos or photos of yourself and activity's regarding paranormal.
Conduct Yourself Appropriately

If anyone bullies, threatens, harass and tries to discredit anyone in the IPAA , YOU will be will be disqualified as a Nominee and banned altogether. Nominees and members are to hold high standards for the paranormal and this awards program. The same rule applies to regular members as well. Please refrain from any comments on the Internet on any blogs i.e: Myblogs, Myspace, Facebook, YouTube, Bebo, Twitter, ect..and Public Forums. Your actions reflect those of the IPAA. If your a nominee then your conduct is expected to hold the honor for ALL in the Paranormal as a guideline under a professional umbrella of attitude and conduct. You agreed to this when you accepted the nominations or joined. Only 1 warning is to be issued for consideration.
